- A covered area with table, microwave, electrical outlets and a fountain is available to campers.
- Dogs are accepted in private rooms and must be kept on a leash in the hotel and the campsite. (Prohibited in dormitories)
- Free private parking is reserved for hotel guests
- Payment upon arrival in cash (CHF and EUR accepted) or by credit card except for American Express.

- By car: from Martigny, via the Col de la Forclaz (20 minutes) or from Chamonix, via the Col des Montets (30 minutes)
