Cancellations made up to one month in advance incur no charge.
For cancellation requests made within a shorter timeframe than those specified, or in the event of a no-show or early departure, we will charge the agreed room rate for the entire booked period.
We recommend that you take out personal travel insurance covering cancellation costs.
Our cancellation conditions: By booking a room, you enter into a legally valid contract. A cancellation of the room reservation up to 72 hours before arrival (2:00 p.m.) does not incur any costs. For a shorter cancellation period, in the event of a no-show or an early departure, we charge the agreed price of the room for the entire reserved period.
