‘AMICAL’ Valais Alpine Horn Festival

The Valais Alpine Horn Festival in Salvan invites you to enjoy a unique day celebrating Alpine traditions and folklore. Spread throughout the whole of the municipality – from the Salle Vanintse to the church, via La Creusaz, Van d’en Bas and La Médettaz – the powerful and enchanting sounds of the Alpine horn will ring out in settings that are as authentic as they are spectacular. Set against a backdrop of mountain landscapes and local heritage, each venue will offer a distinctive atmosphere, showcasing an instrument that is emblematic of Valais culture.
